Arrival & Departure clean:
Basic cleaning service including:
- Sweep, Hoover & Wash all floors, Wipe all surfaces, clean bathroom and kitchen, clean and tidy all balconies.
- (excludes cleaning of oven, fridge, freezer & inside cupboards)
- Charges include cleaning materials and maid transportation.
As well as the standard clean it includes the following services:
- Clean inside windows and shutters
- Sweep and hose down outside hard surfaces areas
- clean outdoor furniture
- clean bbq, no additional costs for toilet rolls, bin liners, light bulbs, bedding and towels cleaned.

PLAN B - Monthly Inspections with permission to contract services up to €200 without owners prior permission. Services estimated in excess of €200 will only be contracted with the owners prior written permission: €40
